  • NAME: Vass "T" Mandeville
  • AGE: 18

Vass has been brought into NCFLondon this year as a digital marketing executive and Barnet Azzurri, NCF Selects and NCF Elites assitant coach.

Vass himself has been brought up with playing the NCF way, the “beautiful” game. He has been coached by Nick Cook and Terry Foskett since the age of five and played for Barnet Azzurri for 7 to 8 years. Vass has vast experience touring in both the UK and in Europe. Highlights of this has been his 3 tours to The Gothia Youth World Cup (Sweden) where he has captained the side 2 out of the 3 times and won Elites player of the tournament on all 3 occastions.

Last year the Elites very respectably got to the last 16 out of 170+ team, finally losing to one of the biggest professional Swedish acadamies and Champions League Club IFK Gothenberg on penalties. In 2015 Vass gained even more experience in his early career as he travlled up north to Burnely to go on trial with there under 18s for the season. This year he signed for Wingate and Finchely under 23s and it was not long until he was labbled their captain. Hopefully this year he can keep developing and working hard on and off the pitch, progessing in both his coaching and playing career. First team call up? It wouldnt suprise us at NCF!

My boy has been with NCF for over 5 years and has loved every minute. NCF coaches are great role models to the players. Theo’s footballing skills have improved massively thanks to the standard of coaching at NCF and the commitment from everyone involved. I can’t recommend this ‘football family’ enough. NCF are a great place to learn the game, keep fit and be happy. Maria Efstathiou
